We proudly offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days after delivery.
- Be unused or only lightly handled.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging whenever possible.
Free Return Shipping
Customers do not pay return shipping fees for eligible returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting our support team first.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
